Our policy on refunds for Codeaamy SaaS products.
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products built and operated by Codeaamy Pvt Ltd ("Codeaamy", "we", "us", or "our") and made available through codeaamy.com or any associated subdomain or application. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Codeaamy products are digital SaaS subscriptions. Once a subscription has been purchased or renewed, we do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our Products are 100% digital. The moment you purchase or renew a subscription, you gain immediate access to our hosted software, features, and functionality. Because the Product is delivered electronically and access cannot be reasonably revoked once it has been granted, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not sell any physical goods, so there is nothing to ship back or return.
Scope of This Policy
This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Monthly, quarterly, annual, or any other recurring subscription fees for Codeaamy SaaS products.
- One-time license purchases or lifetime plan fees.
- Any add-ons, premium features, or upgrades purchased on top of a base subscription.
- Setup, onboarding, or implementation fees associated with a Codeaamy Product.
- Charges incurred during automatic subscription renewals.
Free Trials
Where free trials are offered, you can evaluate the Product before being charged. We strongly recommend cancelling your trial before it converts to a paid subscription if you decide the Product is not for you. Once a trial converts and a charge is made, the standard no-refund policy applies.
Cancellation Instead of Refunds
While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Product until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Duplicate or Unauthorised Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate transaction or an unauthorised charge — please contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@codeaamy.com. We will investigate the matter, and if a clear billing error is identified on our end, we will reverse the erroneous transaction.
Service Failures
In the unlikely event that the Product is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault entirely on our side, we will work with you in good faith to either restore access, provide service credits, or extend your subscription period at no additional cost. Any resolution offered shall be at Codeaamy's sole discretion and shall not be construed as an obligation to issue a monetary refund.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback in violation of this Refund Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Product. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and recover associated costs.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
