Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of software products built and operated by Codeaamy FZCO ("Codeaamy", "we", "us", or "our") — including DroidMac, Screencraft and PlanOut — made available through codeaamy.com. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Codeaamy products are offered under three purchase types, and this policy applies to each of them:

• Free plans — no payment is taken, so no refund can arise.
• Recurring subscriptions — billed monthly or annually until cancelled.
• One-time licence purchases — a single payment for a perpetual licence to a specific product version.

Where a product offers a free plan or free trial, you can evaluate it fully before any payment is taken. We ask you to do so, because paid purchases are non-refundable except as set out below.

Who You Are Contracting With

Codeaamy operates through two group companies. The contracting party for your purchase is Codeaamy FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Unless stated otherwise on this page, "Codeaamy", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Codeaamy FZCO.

Codeaamy Pvt Ltd (a private limited company incorporated in India, registered office H.no 122, Sr.no 56/18, Near last bus Stop, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, 411014, India) is an affiliated group company. It may deliver services, provide support, or process personal data on behalf of Codeaamy FZCO under an intra-group agreement. Where Codeaamy Pvt Ltd is the contracting party for a particular order, that will be stated on the applicable order form, invoice, or checkout page, and the terms on this page apply to that entity in place of Codeaamy FZCO.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our Products are 100% digital. The moment you purchase or renew a subscription, you gain immediate access to the software, its features, and its functionality. For one-time licence purchases, a licence key is issued and the software is made available for download or activation immediately on payment. Because the Product is delivered electronically and access cannot be reasonably revoked once it has been granted, fees are non-refundable. We do not sell any physical goods, so there is nothing to ship back or return.

Scope of This Policy

This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Monthly, quarterly, annual, or any other recurring subscription fees for Codeaamy products.
• One-time licence purchases, perpetual licences, and lifetime plan fees.
• Upgrades from a free plan to any paid plan or licence.
• Any add-ons, premium features, or upgrades purchased on top of a base subscription.
• Setup, onboarding, or implementation fees associated with a Codeaamy Product.
• Charges incurred during automatic subscription renewals.

Free Trials

Several Codeaamy products offer a free plan or a time-limited free trial. This is your opportunity to evaluate the Product in full before any money changes hands. Where a trial converts automatically into a paid subscription, we tell you the conversion date and the amount at sign-up and send a reminder before the first charge. If you decide the Product is not for you, cancel before the conversion date and you will not be charged. Once a trial converts and a charge is made, the standard no-refund policy applies.

Cancellation Instead of Refunds

While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Product until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. One-time licence purchases are not recurring, so there is nothing to cancel — the licence simply remains yours. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence. Where such law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund that cannot be contracted out of, that right prevails over this policy and we will honour it.

How to Request a Refund or Raise a Billing Issue

Our order process and payment collection is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles all billing enquiries and refund processing on our behalf. To raise a refund request or billing issue, either email us at info@codeaamy.com with your order reference, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days and to resolve it within 14 days. Where a refund is approved, it is issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

Duplicate or Unauthorised Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate transaction or an unauthorised charge — please contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@codeaamy.com. We will investigate the matter, and if a clear billing error is identified on our end, we will reverse the erroneous transaction.

Service Failures

In the unlikely event that the Product is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault entirely on our side, we will work with you in good faith to either restore access, provide service credits, or extend your subscription period at no additional cost. Any resolution offered shall be at Codeaamy's sole discretion and shall not be construed as an obligation to issue a monetary refund.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback in violation of this Refund Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Product. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and recover associated costs.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
