Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a paid plan for software products built and operated by Codeaamy FZCO ("Codeaamy", "we", "us", or "our"), including DroidMac, Screencraft and PlanOut. We believe in flexibility — you may cancel at any time, with no long-term lock-ins or hidden cancellation fees.

What cancellation means depends on how you purchased:

• Recurring subscriptions — cancelling stops all future renewals. This policy applies in full.
• Free plans and trials — cancel at any time before a trial converts and you will never be charged. You can also simply stop using a free plan, or ask us to close the account.
• One-time licence purchases — there is no recurring charge to cancel. Your licence remains valid under the terms it was sold on, and you may ask us to close the associated account at any time.

Who You Are Contracting With

Codeaamy operates through two group companies. The contracting party for your subscription is Codeaamy FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Unless stated otherwise on this page, "Codeaamy", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Codeaamy FZCO.

Codeaamy Pvt Ltd (a private limited company incorporated in India, registered office H.no 122, Sr.no 56/18, Near last bus Stop, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, 411014, India) is an affiliated group company. It may deliver services, provide support, or process personal data on behalf of Codeaamy FZCO under an intra-group agreement. Where Codeaamy Pvt Ltd is the contracting party for a particular order, that will be stated on the applicable order form, invoice, or checkout page, and the terms on this page apply to that entity in place of Codeaamy FZCO.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through one of the following methods:

• From within your account settings or billing dashboard inside the Product, where applicable.
• By emailing us at info@codeaamy.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and the name of the Product you are cancelling.

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us again to ensure your request was received.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the Product until that date, after which your account will be downgraded or deactivated, and no further charges will be billed to your payment method.

For example, if you are on a monthly plan and cancel on the 15th of the month, you will retain access until your next billing date, after which the subscription ends.

No Refunds on Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not generate a refund for the current or previous billing cycles. Charges already incurred prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

No Cancellation Fees

Codeaamy does not charge any cancellation, exit, or termination fees. You will not be billed any additional amount for cancelling your subscription.

Effect of Cancellation

Once your cancellation takes effect:

• Your access to paid features of the Product will be revoked.
• Your account may be downgraded to a free tier (if applicable) or deactivated.
• Account data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, after which it may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before cancellation takes effect.
• Auto-renewals are stopped and no further charges will be made.

Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate a cancelled subscription, you can do so by signing back in and choosing a plan, or by contacting us. Reactivation may be subject to current pricing and terms at the time of reactivation. We cannot guarantee that previously deleted account data will be recoverable after the retention period has ended.

Cancellation by Codeaamy

Codeaamy reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if you violate our Terms and Conditions, fail to make timely payments, or engage in any conduct that is unlawful or harmful to other users or the Product. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before terminating.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date.
